Monday from 6.00pm until 8.00pm in the Sports centre.
Circuit training
Tuesday 7.00pm -- 8.45pm Royal College Gym
Thursday 6.30 -- 8.00 Sports Centre Gym
Outings
For senior men Saturday and Sunday two outings at 8.30am and 10.30am. From
12.30am on senior members should volunteer to cox novice crews!
